Jammy Jam Invitational Rules

1. TBD Tees everywhere aka Have Fun (or at least try).

2. Triple bogey maximum per hole in all formats.

3. No mulligans, gilligans, shenanigans, or getting too drunk to make the tee time.

4. This is a match-play tournament.  No handicaps involved.

5. Laser yardage finders are allowed.  All USGA Rules apply, i.e.. Stroke and Distance, etc.

6. A LEGIBLE scorecard MUST be turned in for each match.  If someone seriously turns in a scorecard again this year that says "Us vs. Them" on it, I'm throwing it in the trash. 

7.Texas Scramble(Second Round):

     a. 2-man team Texas Scramble, select best drive, play your own ball from there.  

     b. Team honors allowed, but please play ready golf!!!

     c. Only one score per team counts.  

8. Scramble Format (First Round):

     a. 2-man team scramble, captain's choice, match play.

     b. Team honors discouraged, please play ready golf.

     c. Each player to hit one club length from best shot, no closer to hole, same lie (i.e. rough, fairway, bunker etc).

9. Singles (Final Round):

     a. All USGA rules apply.  

10. Scoring:

     a. Each match won is 1 point for winning team.

     b. Each match tied is ½ point for both teams.

     c. Each match lost is 0 points for loser.

     d. Total of 24 points are available during tournament.  

In case of a tie, the tournament shall be decided by a four-man sudden-death shootout.   Each team shall have an A, B, C, and D player for one 4-man team.  Match will be 4-man alternate shot.  Players and order of play determined by captains prior to start of playoff.  Holes played depend on availability, but will start on first par-5 available from back tees.  All tournament rules shall apply.
